The reception staff are very friendly and efficient, and they do an excellent job of checking about the availability of insurance and other support programs available to each patient.  The professional staff (dentists, hygienists, assistants) are, without exception, friendly, efficient, and skilled for their work.  We consistently observe them providing good explanations of each procedure before beginning their work, and they consistently anticipate the questions and concerns felt by each patient.
