Our Patients have been referring their friends and family to us for a long time. It’s about time we said, “thank you.”

At Lighthouse Dental, we believe the best compliment we can receive is a patient referral. So when you refer someone to our practice, you will receive a $25 gift card of your choice. In addition, the person you refer will get 2 unlimited movie passes. It’s our way of returning the favor.

We are grateful, for your confidence in us and we will do our best to serve those you refer with the highest level of care possible.

In case you haven’t received a card from our office yet, please print out the card provided here. All you need to do is write your name at the top (don’t forget your gift card perference), then give it to a friend whom you’ve refered to our office. When your friend brings the card in at their first visit, they’ll receive their movie passes and we’ll send to you your gift card. It couldn’t be easier!

Please note, you may refer as many as you like but there is a limit of one gift card per newly referred household.
